GNH Lumber & Home bolsters retail leadership

GREENVILLE―GNH Lumber & Home is excited to welcome Adrianna Usticke to the team as the retail manager of its flagship Greenville location.

Usticke brings impressive experience in the lumber and building materials industry, where she has held roles with increasing responsibility, helping to drive business results and customer service and satisfaction.

Most recently, as front-end manager, she was responsible for the front-end department's performance at Lowe's Home Improvement in Catskill, where she developed and managed all front-end staff, implemented key customer care initiatives, and played a crucial role in driving same-store sales growth in key categories. Additionally, she has in-depth knowledge of material staging and delivery from her prior experience as the Delivery Operations Manager at RXO, the logistics arm of Lowe's.

Before entering the retail space, she was a member of the ProEdge Remodeling team, where she gained experience in windows, doors, and kitchen & bath remodels―key components of any home build.  

Usticke’s broad-based knowledge of the industry, focus on retail experience, and desire to join a local company that is an integral part of the communities she grew up in are critical components of continuing GNH Lumber & Home's success in the Capital District, Catskills, and the Hudson Valley.
