Lance Molter, 40, of Purling, NY was arrested by State Police at 10:50 a.m. on June 29, 2026, and charged with avoiding payment: tampering with service meter, second-degree criminal tampering and criminal mischief, all misdemeanors. Molter was arraigned, remanded to the Greene County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Durham Town Court.

Lighthart, 32, of Germantown, NY was arrested by State Police at 5:05 p.m. and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief: disabling equipment to prevent an emergency call and acting in a manner injurious to a child, both misdemeanors. Lighthart was arraigned, released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Catskill Town Court.

Levine, 45, of Catskill, NY was arrested by State Police at 11:00 p.m. on June 29, 2026, and charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest, manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, all misdemeanors, and tampering with physical evidence, a felony. Levine was issued an appearance ticket to Catskill Town Court.

Cooper, 43, of Mechanicville, NY was arrested by State Police at 6:38 p.m. on June 30, 2026, and charged with third-degree grand larceny and second-degree criminal possession of stolen property, both felonies. Cooper was arraigned, remanded to the Greene County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Greenville Town Court.
