Greene-Wade, 31, of Prattsville, NY was arrested by State Police at 12:55 p.m. on May 17, 2026, and charged with four counts of second-degree reckless endangerment and two counts of acting in a manner injurious to a child, all misdemeanors. Greene-Wade was issued an appearance ticket to Ashland Town Court.

Tianna R. Dewer, 25, of Troy, NY was arrested by State Police at 4:10 p.m. on May 17, 2026, and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic drug with intent to sell and first-degree knowingly introducing dangerous contraband into a prison, both felonies; and second-degree introducing contraband into a prison and acting in a manner injurious to a child, both misdemeanors. Dewer was arraigned, released on her own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Coxsackie Town Court.

Benjamin M. Freitas, 55, of Ravena, NY was arrested by State Police at 7:20 p.m. on May 18, 2026, and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Freitas was issued an appearance ticket to New Baltimore Town Court.

William F. Matott, 41, of Middleburgh, NY was arrested by State Police at 9:24 p.m. on May 18, 2026, and charged with driving while intoxicated: two previous convictions within 10 years, a felony. Matott was issued an appearance ticket to Greenville Town Court.

Maderic, 33, of Catskill, NY was arrested by State Police at 4:24 p.m. on May 19, 2026, and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors. Maderic was issued an appearance ticket to Catskill Town Court.

Dennis Fellows, 57, of Saugerties, NY was arrested by State Police at 4:22 p.m. on May 19, 2026, and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia, both misdemeanors. Fellows was issued an appearance ticket to Catskill Town Court.

Brett M. Jaycox, 34, of East Durham, NY was arrested by State Police at 11:30 a.m. on May 21, 2026, and charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony; and acting in a manner injurious to a child, third-degree menacing and fourth-degree stalking, all misdemeanors. Jaycox’s arrest status was not reported and is he scheduled to appear in Cairo Town Court.

Jeffrey J. Davis, 33, of Philmont, NY was arrested by State Police at 9:58 p.m. on May 21, 2026, and charged with two counts of second-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief, all felonies; and resisting arrest, third-degree menacing, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, all misdemeanors. Davis was arraigned, remanded to the Greene County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Catskill Town Court.

Dylan L. Barth, 23, of Cairo, NY was arrested by State Police at 11:12 p.m. on May 21, 2026, and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Barth was issued an appearance ticket to Cairo Town Court.

Paris Kiernan Krakenberg, 26, of Catskill, NY was arrested by State Police at 2:00 p.m. on May 22, 2026, and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Krakenberg was issued an appearance ticket to Catskill Town Court.

Isabella Kenneally, 24, of Catskill, NY was arrested by State Police at 2:13 p.m. on May 22, 2026, and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Kenneally was issued an appearance ticket to Catskill Town Court.

Gerard F. Fallon, 57, of Cornwallville, NY was arrested by State Police at 7:50 p.m. on May 22, 2026, and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Fallon was issued an appearance ticket to Durham Town Court.

Sanchez, 29, of Catskill, NY was arrested by State Police at 1:45 a.m. on May 23, 2026, and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: cocaine and second-degree possession of a forged instrument, both felonies; and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Sanchez was arraigned, released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Catskill Town Court.

Christopher Anthony Richard, 26, of Earlton, NY was arrested by State Police at 11:03 p.m. on May 23, 2026, and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Richard was issued an appearance ticket to Cairo Town Court.
