Joshua Zimmerman, 33, of Brewster, NY was arrested by State Police at 12:32 a.m. on February 15, 2026, and charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Zimmerman was issued an appearance ticket to Catskill Town Court.

David A. Mosher, 55, of Catskill, NY was arrested by State Police at 12:39 p.m. on February 15, 2026, and charged with third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief and acting in a manner injurious to a child, all misdemeanors. Mosher was arraigned, released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Catskill Town Court.

Grant D. Novak, 36, of Keyport, NJ was arrested by State Police at 6:00 p.m. on February 15, 2026, and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Novak was issued an appearance ticket to Cairo Town Court.

Victoria S. Gehman, 42, of Windham, NY was arrested by State Police at 12:55 a.m. on February 17, 2026, and charged with intent to obtain transportation without paying, a misdemeanor. Gehman was issued an appearance ticket to Windham Town Court.

Catherine A. Smith, 39, of Catskill, NY was arrested by State Police at 12:14 p.m. on February 17, 2026, and charged with third-degree bail jumping, a misdemeanor. Smith’s custody status was not reported.

Victoria L. Lavoie, 40, of Round Top, NY was arrested by State Police at 4:00 p.m. on February 17, 2026, and charged with manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, all misdemeanors. Lavoie was issued an appearance ticket to Catskill Town Court.

Michael Matey, 38, of Saugerties, NY was arrested by State Police at 11:51 p.m. o February 17, 2026, and charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Matey was issued an appearance ticket to Hunter Town Court.

Levine, 45, of Catskill, NY was arrested by State Police at 12:26 a.m. on February 19, 2026, and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia, both misdemeanors. Levine was issued an appearance ticket to Catskill Town Court.

Fischer, 59, of Hunter, NY was arrested by State Police at 3:32 p.m. on February 21, 2026, and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: stimulants, a felony; and driving while intoxicated and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors. Fischer was arraigned, released on her own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Hunter Town Court.
