Lance Molter, 40, of Purling, NY was arrested by State Police at 10:50 a.m. on June 29, 2026, and charged with avoiding payment: tampering with service meter, second-degree criminal tampering and criminal mischief, all misdemeanors. Molter was arraigned, remanded to the Greene County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Durham Town Court.
Connor Jameson Pavao, 19, of Rhinebeck, NY was arrested by State Police at 8:20 a.m. on June 29, 2026, and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. Pavao was issued an appearance ticket to Cairo Town Court.
Kyle R. Lighthart, 32, of Germantown, NY was arrested by State Police at 5:05 p.m. and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief: disabling equipment to prevent an emergency call and acting in a manner injurious to a child, both misdemeanors. Lighthart was arraigned, released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Catskill Town Court.
Ariana Ruth Sweedler, 26, of Oakland Gardens, NY was arrested by State Police at 4:43 p.m. on June 29, 2026, and charged with third-degree criminal trespass and petit larceny, both misdemeanors. Sweedler was issued an appearance ticket to New Baltimore Town Court.
Matthew S. Levine, 45, of Catskill, NY was arrested by State Police at 11:00 p.m. on June 29, 2026, and charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest, manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, all misdemeanors, and tampering with physical evidence, a felony. Levine was issued an appearance ticket to Catskill Town Court.
Sean R. Cooper, 43, of Mechanicville, NY was arrested by State Police at 6:38 p.m. on June 30, 2026, and charged with third-degree grand larceny and second-degree criminal possession of stolen property, both felonies. Cooper was arraigned, remanded to the Greene County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Greenville Town Court.
Adam E. Hale-Rude, 43, of Catskill, NY was arrested by State Police at 10:29 a.m. on June 30, 2026, and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Hale-Rude was issued an appearance ticket to Catskill Town Court.
David A. Mosher, 56, of Catskill, NY was arrested by State Police at 3:17 p.m. on June 30, 2026, and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Mosher was arraigned, released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Cairo Town Court.
Harold L. Wannamaker, 61, of Palenville, NY was arrested by State Police at 8:45 p.m. on June 30, 2026, and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Wannamaker was issued an appearance ticket to Catskill Town Court.
Janelle M. Fields, 40, of Cairo, NY was arrested by State Police at 1:29 a.m. on July 1, 2026, and charged with second-degree assault, a felony. Fields was arraigned, released on her own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Cairo Town Court.
Michael Larsen, 40, of Cairo, NY was arrested by State Police at 10:35 p.m. on July 1, 2026, and charged with third-degree menacing, a misdemeanor. Larsen was issued an appearance ticket to Cairo Town Court.
Jose Martinez, 35, of Windham, NY was arrested by State Police at 11:30 p.m. on July 1, 2026, and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Martinez was issued an appearance ticket to Windham Town Court.
Rebecca L. Salvi, 27, of Ballston Lake, NY was arrested by State Police at 5:25 p.m. on July 2, 2026, and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. Salvi is scheduled to appear in Catskill Town Court.
Gabriel Jeremiah DeJesus, 27, of Coxsackie, NY was arrested by State Police at 7:07 a.m. on July 3, 2026, and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. DeJesus was issued an appearance ticket to Cairo Town Court.
Joao M. Paes, 53, of Grand Gorge, NY was arrested by State Police at 1:30 p.m. on July 4, 2026, and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: cocaine, a felony. Paes was arraigned, released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Catskill Town Court.
