Thomas Robert Skwortz, 74, of McKees Rocks, PA was arrested by State Police at 5:16 p.m. on December 21, 2025, and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a firearm, both felonies. Skwortz was arraigned, released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Catskill Town Court.

Marlon O. Lopez Hernandez, 39, of Climax, NY was arrested by State Police at 11:41 p.m. on December 22, 2025, and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Hernandez was issued an appearance ticket to Coxsackie Town Court.

Edmund Thomas Marchesani, 36, of Catskill, NY was arrested by State Police at 11:37 p.m. on December 23, 2025, and charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Marchesani was issued an appearance ticket to Coxsackie Town Court.

George Edward Ludwig, 31, of Claverack, NY was arrested by State Police at 11:28 a.m. on December 25, 2025, and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a felony. Ludwig was issued an appearance ticket to Cairo Town Court.

Michele S. Saunders Laine, 82, of Catskill, NY was arrested by State Police at 7:52 p.m. on December 27, 2025, and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Laine was issued an appearance ticket to Catskill Town Court.
