Becker, 34, of Climax, NY was arrested by State Police at 3:42 p.m. on March 31, 2026, and charged with criminal mischief: intent to damage property and fourth-degree criminal mischief: disabling equipment to prevent an emergency call, both misdemeanors. Becker was arraigned, released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Coxsackie Town Court.
Joseph Casazza, 33, of Windham, NY was arrested by State Police at 9:58 p.m. on March 31, 2026, and charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Casazza was issued an appearance ticket to Windham Town Court.
Star C. Clark, 41, of Catskill, NY was arrested by State Police at 8:35 a.m. on April 1, 2026, and charged with two counts of petit larceny, a misdemeanor, and two counts of second-degree forgery, a felony. Clark was issued an appearance ticket to Durham Town Court.
Jared P. Dutcher, 49, of Cairo, NY was arrested by State Police at 4:36 a.m. on March 29, 2026, and charged with second-degree criminal contempt and driving while ability impaired, both misdemeanors. Dutcher was arraigned, released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Cairo Town Court.
Star C. Clark, 41, of Catskill, NY was arrested by State Police at 9:41 a.m. on April 1, 2026, and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia, both misdemeanors. Clark was issued an appearance ticket to Catskill Town Court.
Randy Raymond Marino, 24, of Catskill, NY was arrested by State Police at 11:44 p.m. on April 1, 2026, and charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child, a misdemeanor, and third-degree criminal mischief, a felony. Marino was arraigned, released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Catskill Town Court.
Natasha G. Menell, 37, of Tannersville, NY was arrested by State Police at 8:10 p.m. on April 3, 2026, and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Menell was arraigned, released on her own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Hunter Town Court.
Joseph L. Ridley, 36, of Cairo, NY was arrested by State Police at 8:02 p.m. on April 3, 2026, and charged with third-degree criminal mischief: damage to another person’s property, a felony. Ridley was arraigned, released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Cairo Town Court.
Michael P. Hurson, 68, of Yorktown Heights, NY was arrested by State Police at 11:27 p.m. on April 3, 2026, and charged with driving while intoxicated: commercial vehicle, a misdemeanor. Hurson was issued an appearance ticket to Durham Town Court.
Douglas J. Lackie, 27, of Catskill, NY was arrested by State Police at 8:34 p.m. on April 4, 2026, and charged with two counts of petit larceny, a misdemeanor. Lackie was issued an appearance ticket to Cairo Town Court.
Megan M. Connor, 40, of Round Top, NY was arrested by State Police at 9:30 p.m. on April 4, 2026, and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Connor was issued an appearance ticket to Catskill Town Court.
Georgina R. McCullar, 48, of Jewett, NY was arrested by State Police at 12:34 a.m. on April 5, 2026, and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. McCullar was issued an appearance ticket to Hunter Town Court.
Paris Kiernan Krakenberg, 26, of Catskill, NY was arrested by State Police at 10:57 p.m. on April 5, 2026, and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, both misdemeanors. Krakenberg was issued an appearance ticket to Cairo Town Court.
Yalani Winston, 24, of Catskill, NY was arrested by State Police at 12:48 a.m. on April 6, 2026, and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Winston was issued an appearance ticket to Catskill Town Court.
