IMPORTANT: Please be sure to include the first and last name of the person celebrating, their town of residence AND their birthday.

Birthday shoutouts are for people only. Please do not submit the names of pets or places. 

‍Please submit the form at least three days prior to the birthday. Submissions received within three days of the birthday are not guaranteed to be included for the current year.

The age of the person celebrating will no longer be included in any birthday wishes; only the name, date of birthday, and town of residence will be published.​

If you are submitting the name of a minor (under the age of 18), you must be that person’s parent or legal guardian.​
