
CATSKILL―Donald Gibson, president & CEO of The Bank of Greene County, has announced employee promotions across the bank.
“I am excited to share that, as a result of the bank’s continued growth and success, we have promoted several dedicated employees to roles of greater responsibility across multiple departments. It is especially rewarding to see so many of our employees grow their careers with the bank and take on new opportunities over the years,” said Gibson.
Amy Xedis has been promoted to senior commercial portfolio manager. She has been with the bank since 2016 and is a graduate of Catskill High School. She has an associate’s degree from Columbia-Greene Community College, a bachelor’s in business and a master’s in business administration from the College of Saint Rose, and a Doctor of Business Administration from Sacred Heart University. In her free time, Xedis enjoys cooking and going on walks.
Vinny Flood has been promoted to senior commercial portfolio manager. He has been with the Bank since 2020. He is a graduate of Red Hook High School and has a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Oneonta. In his free time, Flood enjoys hanging out with his friends and family and playing golf.
Daniel Byas has been promoted to senior marketing specialist. He has been with the Bank since 2023 and is a graduate of Catskill High School. He has an associate’s degree in accounting from Columbia-Greene Community College and a bachelor’s in marketing from SUNY New Paltz. In his free time, Byas enjoys spending time with friends, going to concerts, watching movies, and traveling.
Lisa Smith has been promoted to financial service representative II. She has been with the bank since 2021 and is a graduate of Hudson High School. In her free time, Smith enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
