To the editor:
I would like to thank Brian from EMS, the Town of Durham Ambulance, and Greene County 911 for the exceptional care my family and I received during my heart attack.
Greene County 911 provided calm reassurance, helped comfort my daughter, and stayed with us until EMS arrived. Brian and the Durham Ambulance team then took over with professionalism, compassion, and quick action during a frightening moment.
Our community is truly fortunate to have such dedicated emergency professionals. I am deeply grateful for the care we received.
