Cornell Cooperative Extension hosting Farm & Forest Fall Fundraiser

LEEDS―On Friday, October 2, set against the beautiful backdrop of Meadowbrook Farm in Leeds, a special evening will celebrate the farms, forests, and people that make our region unique.  

Cornell Cooperative Extension of Columbia and Greene Counties’ Farm & Forest Fall Fundraiser includes live music, mocktails and cocktails, a silent auction and more.

Dinner by Church Street Caterers features Mini chicken and waffles with maple bourbon glaze, cheesy polenta bites with tomato compote, vegetable spring rolls with ginger, soft baked pretzel bites with house made cheese sauce, Maryland crabcakes, chicken Lombardy, 24-hour braised pork shoulder over Spanish rice, and eggplant rollatini. There will also be sweet treats and seasonal offerings selected by Taste NY.

Whether you've attended a workshop, participated in 4-H, visited the Siuslaw Model Forest, received support from one of our programs, or simply believe in strengthening our local communities, we hope you'll join us in supporting the educational work of CCE.  Proceeds from Farm & Forest help sustain and expand the programs that serve the residents Columbia County and Greene County.
