Chuan Pin Roy Tsuei, 50, left us too soon on April 5, 2026.

Born on January 31, 1976, in Keelung, Taiwan.

Roy was a devoted brother, uncle, son, and friend whose kindness and laughter brought joy to all. He was a hardworking fix-it-all and a talented cook, who was known for his quick wit, big laughs, and kindness. Roy loved to exercise and stay busy, often helping his father complete repairs and maintenance.

Predeceased by his mother, Yu-Lien Wang, he is survived by his father, Jack, his siblings, Sharon and Patrick, and their extended families, as well as other loving family members.

A celebration of his life will be held on April 18, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., at W.C. Brady’s Sons Funeral Home in Coxsackie, NY.

Burial service will be held at Evergreen Memorial Park, 2150 Central Ave in Colonie, NY, at 1 p.m.  

In his memory, donations can be made to the SAFE Project.
