Cheryl Ann (Hulbert) Cox passed away on October 2, 2026.
Cheryl was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose kindness and generosity touched those around her. She was sweet, caring, and devoted to her family, with a special love for her grandchildren. Cheryl was born in Oak Hill, New York and graduated from Greenville High School in 1976.
She cherished family traditions, loved baking and sewing, celebrating the holidays, animals, visiting the beach and her church family. The time she shared with her family and the memories created together were among the things she valued most.
Cheryl is survived by her husband, Edward Cox; her brothers, Bradley (Shirley) Hulbert, and Sean Hulbert; her son, Michael Lee; her daughter Michelle (Adam) Benenati; Edward and Colette Cox, Michael and Jessie Cox, Dominick and Julie Cox, sisters-in-laws Beth and Colleen Hulbert, and beloved grandchildren Shane Hunt and Brody Hunt, Chenoa and Matt Wyman, Chloe and Logan Sorrel, Gabrielle and Nathan Barrow, Madison Cox, Cameron Cox, Grace Cox, Tony Cox, Zara Cox, Owen Cox, Isabella Cox, Nicholas Cox, and Devin Cox, and great grandson Shepard Wyman.
She is predeceased by her parents, Llewellyn, and Helen Hulbert; her brothers, Richard Hulbert, and Mark Hulbert; and her sister, Cathy Hulbert.
Cheryl will be remembered for her generous heart, her caring nature, and the love she gave so freely to her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
