Carl N. Baccaro, Jr., 95, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at Columbia Memorial Hospital.

He was born in Germantown, NY and was the son of the late Carl N. Baccaro, Sr. and Christine Salvatore Baccaro.

On August 19, 1961, Carl married Irene Sauer Baccaro, who predeceased him in 2020.

Carl owned and operated Al’s Tire Center Inc located in Jefferson Heights, Catskill, NY for over twenty years.

He is survived by his daughters Tammy Baccaro and Suzanne Baccaro (George Dienos), his grandsons Nico, Ryan and Nikolas, his siblings Christine Van Leuven and Nicholas Baccaro, Sr., and is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as his beloved cats, Puffy and Freddy.

In addition to his mother, father and wife Irene, he was predeceased by three brothers and two sisters.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday October 4, 2026, from 2-4 p.m. at Millspaugh Camerato Funeral Home, 139 Jefferson Heights, Catskill. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday October 5, 2026, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Town of Catskill Cemetery.
