Aileen Ceriello, 70, passed on June 11, 2026, at The Pines at Catskill.

She was born on November 25, 1955, in Brooklyn, NY.  She graduated from St. Joseph's High School in Brooklyn, then attended Kingsboro Community College.

She started her career early on as a paralegal for a divorce attorney, and later in life, lived in West Coxsackie and was the secretary for the State Correctional Facility of Greene County.

Aileen was a caring, fun-loving spirit who enjoyed shopping, a really nice meal with a glass of wine, as well as the outdoors.  Aileen became a part of The Pines at Catskill family in 2020 during the height of the pandemic where she resided until her recent passing.  She relied on her religious faith, and the support of those who cared for her at The Pines throughout her illness.  

She is survived by two sons, Michael and Daniel.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 30 at 1:15 p.m. at the Town of Catskill Cemetery.
