Adelbert William Quackenbush passed away on July 1, 2026.

He was born November 1, 1948, in Richmondville, Schoharie County NY.

He is predeceased by the love of his life Dawn Quackenbush, and parents Bill and Grace Quackenbush of Milford, NY.

He is survived by his sons James Quackenbush and Justin Quackenbush, sisters and brothers, nieces and nephews and grandchildren.

He was a jack of all trades and throughout his lifetime some jobs included tree climber; he moved, set and finished mobile homes, repaired furnaces, and whatever else needed to be done. He loved the outdoors, history and his family.

Per Adelbert's request, there will be no public services.

Arrangements have been entrusted by Adelbert's family to W.C. Brady's Funeral Home in Coxsackie.
