CATSKILL― Country music is coming back to Greene County for the fourth year with another live concert on the Hudson River, this time featuring Parmalee and special guest Kelsey Hart on Saturday, May 30.

Doors open at 6 p.m. with the concert scheduled for 7:30 p.m.

“This year, the line up of Parmalee and Kelsey Hart should continue the history of great country recording artists performing in Greene County,” said Jim Miller, concert director and Round Top native.

“Since bringing Nashville artists back to Greene County in 2023, the concert at the Historic Catskill Point has continued to gain momentum and is an event that concert attendees look forward to every year in their own backyard,” Miller said.

With more than 1.6 billion streams, six number one country hits, and a growing list of platinum singles, Parmalee has cemented their place as a hit-making powerhouse.

Known for their hook-heavy sound that doesn’t just dominate the genre, Parmalee crushes charts, radio, and playlists, solidifying their legacy as a staple in today’s country music.

Comprised of brothers Matt and Scott Thomas (lead vocals/guitar and drums, respectively), cousin Barry Knox (bass), and lifelong friend Josh McSwain, the North Carolina-bred band most recently topped the charts with their longest-running number one single, “Cowgirl,” the lead release from the album, Fell In Love With A Cowgirl.

This single would become the longest-running number one by a band in nearly 14 years on the Billboard Country Airplay charts. It marked Parmalee’s fifth consecutive number one following the massive success of number one fan favorites “Take My Name” (Billboard’s most-played country song of 2022), “Girl In Mine” (Billboard’s 8th most-played country song of 2023), “Just the Way” with Blanco Brown, and the emotional ballad “Gonna Love You” that revisited the near-death experience the band endured earlier in their career.

Known for their explosive live shows, the band just wrapped their 2025 Feels Like Home Tour and released the deeply personal track “How Do I Let You Go.” With acclaimed nods from the ACMs, iHeartRadio, and AMAs, Parmalee is more than a chart force—they’re a live-show experience built to last.

Curb Records recording artist, songwriter, and Kentucky native Kelsey Hart has found his way into the artist spotlight, a place he’s dreamed of being since his childhood days of belting gospel music from the passenger seat in his dad’s truck.

With 221 million global career streams, Hart is making an impact starting with his RIAA Gold, Top 25 debut radio single “Life With You” has garnered over 130 million global streams, 650 million TikTok views, 1.1M TikTok Creates, debuted in the Top 10 on Billboard’s Country Digital Songs Chart, and reached #1 on the Hot 30 Weekend Countdown on SiriusXM The Highway.

As a songwriter, Hart has secured his place among the best and brightest in the community, penning songs for hitmakers such as Jake Owen, Dylan Scott, and Trace Adkins. His debut album, Life With You, is available now, as is current radio single, “Fireworks.”

“We are thrilled to welcome back live country music to Greene County for another great country concert and be able to showcase the Historic Catskill Point,” said Patty Austin, director of Greene County Tourism.

“The past three years were a great success and the residents of Greene and Columbia Counties and the Hudson Valley continue to come out to support the concert, and listen to great music at a beautiful venue with views of the Hudson River and the Catskill Mountain range,” Austin said.

Past acts at the venue have included Michael Ray, Spencer Crandall, Jackson Dean, Rodney Atkins, Kylie Morgan and Alana Springsteen.

Tickets go on sale Monday, March 30 at 10 a.m. Tickets are $40 for general admission and $95 for VIP, and can be purchased at concertinthecatskills.com.
