




RAVENA―A New Baltimore man is facing multiple charges after police say he struck a person with his vehicle following an altercation.
Saul Stanley, 46, is charged with first-degree attempted assault and first-degree reckless endangerment, both felonies, as well as third-degree assault, a misdemeanor.
According to State Police, troopers responded around 11:55 a.m. on Sunday, April 12 for a reported disturbance in the area of State Route 9W.
The investigation determined that Stanley was involved in a verbal altercation with the victim, troopers said.
Stanley reportedly got into his vehicle following the argument and drove his vehicle recklessly, allegedly intentionally striking the victim twice.
The victim sustained minor injuries during the incident, troopers said.
Stanley was located at his home and arrested. He was then transported to the Albany County Correctional Facility to await arraignment and, according to jail records, was released Monday morning.
