CATSKILL―A Catskill man is facing felony charges following what the Greene County Sheriff's Office is calling a months-long investigation into narcotic drug sales in the town.

Lucien Hannah, 31, of Catskill was arrested by the sheriff’s office on Tuesday, January 7.

He was charged with four counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and four counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, both class B felonies.

Hannah was arraigned in Greene County Court and released on his own recognizance to return to court at a later date.

The arrest comes two weeks after the sheriff’s office charged three other Catskill residents following a months-long investigation into drug sales.

Saide M. Green, 61, Andrew J. Pascarella, 39, and Amanda L. Carr, 32, each face multiple counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and four counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

They were all arraigned in Greene County Court and released on their own recognizance.

The sheriff’s office was assisted in both cases by the Greene County District Attorney’s Office.
