COXSACKIE―National Bank of Coxsackie (NBC) is proud to announce its recent $2,500 donation to the Coxsackie-Athens Little League.
The funds were made possible through the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York’s (FHLBNY) Small Business Recovery Grant Program, which enables member banks like NBC to support local organizations that strengthen and enrich their communities.
Coxsackie-Athens Little League provides local youth with the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of baseball and softball while emphasizing teamwork, sportsmanship, and community pride.
“We would like to offer a sincere thank you to National Bank of Coxsackie for investing in our community’s youth,” said Derek Apa, president of Coxsackie-Athens Little League. “Your generous donation helps our Little League grow, learn, and play the game we love.”
“NBC is proud to support organizations that create meaningful opportunities for local youth,” said John Balli, president & CEO of the National Bank of Coxsackie. “Coxsackie-Athens Little League does an outstanding job of bringing families together and teaching important life skills through athletics. We are honored to support their mission through this FHLB grant.”
