




CATSKILL―Donald Gibson, president & CEO of the Bank of Greene County, announced the promotion of two longtime employees at the bank.
“It is my pleasure to announce the promotion of Megan Zahnto vice president, director of human resources, and Keith DeMichele to corporate cash management officer,” Gibson said.
“Both Megan and Keith have shown strong leadership, and a commitment to the growth and success of not only the bank, but the communities we serve,” he added.
Zahn joined the bank’s team in early 2022 and has held positions of increased responsibility in Human Resources. She has over 17 years of experience in human resources management and employee development training,and holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in human resources from the College of Saint Rose. Zahn is a graduate of Catskill High School and a board member for the Catskill Housing Authority. She lives in Catskill.
DeMichele joined the bank as the Wolf Road Branch manager in 2020 and has more than 35 years of banking experience. Keith was instrumental in the growth and success of the bank in the Capital Region and transitioned to the corporate cash management team in 2023, where he helps provide specialized solutions for large business customers. DeMichele is very involved in the Albany community, and lives in Albany.
